What the numbers mean
Visitors: anonymous browsers, including guests. A random identifier on this site expires after 30 days. Different devices, private browsing, cleared storage, or expiry can count the same person again. Visitor counts start with this update; earlier sessions have no visitor identifier.
Sessions: a visit in one browser tab, renewed after 30 minutes without activity. Guests are included; sessions are not unique people. Separate tabs count separately.
Active time: time with the page visible and input within the last minute, or while a ride is playing. Hidden tabs and idle browsing are excluded. Average includes short visits.
Users: confirmed parent accounts. Rider profiles are separate. Returning accounts visited on at least two different UTC dates in the selected period.
Tracks drawn: the first completed stroke of a drawing, then another after Reset. Editing a preset counts as a drawing. Tracks saved: currently saved track records, grouped by creation date; deletions reduce this count.
Logins: sessions in which an email sign-in link completed, counted at most once per session. Staying signed in creates visits without another login.
Visit tracking starts with this release; earlier visits cannot be recovered. Existing confirmed accounts and saved tracks are included. Privacy preferences, blockers, offline use, and blocked requests can reduce counts. No names, emails, track content, or session recordings are included in analytics.
